All bookings require confirmation via WhatsApp or Instagram. A booking is considered confirmed only after Aria Studio has explicitly accepted your date and terms. To secure your date, an advance payment or commitment is required at the time of confirmation. Bridal dates are limited and are subject to availability.
A bridal makeup trial is highly recommended 1–2 weeks before your event to finalise the look, discuss preferences, and make any adjustments. Trials are conducted at the studio and are subject to availability. Clients are encouraged to bring references, inspiration images, and clear descriptions of their vision.
Pricing for bridal and event makeup services depends on the type of event, number of services (bridal makeup, guest makeup, trial, etc.), and complexity of the look. Detailed pricing will be provided during your initial consultation. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
For events outside Your City, an additional outstation charge of ₹15,000 per function is applicable to cover travel, accommodation, and logistics. This charge is in addition to the base makeup services fee. Outstation bookings require advance confirmation and may have limited availability during peak wedding seasons.
Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or Instagram as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will result in a refund of 80% of the advance paid. Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will result in a refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Postponements are treated as cancellations and subject to the same terms.
Aria Studio retains the right to photograph your bridal look for portfolio and social media purposes. If you wish to opt out of social media sharing, this must be communicated at the time of booking. Portfolio images are used to showcase the artist's work and may appear on Instagram or professional platforms without identifying personal details.
All makeup services are executed using professional-grade, high-quality products (MAC, Huda Beauty, Kryolan, NARS). Makeup application typically takes 60–90 minutes for bridal looks. The artist arrives on time; clients are expected to be ready and seated by the scheduled appointment time. Touch-ups during the event are included as part of the service.
